We are looking for talented Front End Web Developers to work on the Lanna Softworks team. Specifically, we’re seeking people with advanced HTML/CSS experience and serious appreciation for user interfaces and user experience in general.
Expert level development with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Responsible for programming and coming up with creative ways to implement creative assets
Transform .psd files and wireframes into web user interfaces according to design specifications
Communicate effectively with project managers, technical leads and other internal team members
Understand the goals and strategy behind each project from conception through completion
Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
Review and advise on HTML/CSS/JavaScript produced by less senior members of the team

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology
Minimum 3 years experience in Website Development (5 years or more preferred)
Expert level HTML, CSS table-less design and JavaScript knowledge and experience
Know how to design intuitive site functionality, interaction, user interfaces and navigation
Proven experience to use the best practices and the latest web design trends in user interface design
Highly motivated and must work well in a team environment
Good command of spoken and written English
